It’s hard to explain the many ways that new technologies have changed the real estate industry. Access to data, new tools for using that data, and myriad new ways to reach target audiences have transformed agent business models, marketing plans and professional relationships.
For this year’s fall tech issue, we decided to take a look at what’s next in the world of real estate technology. We took a look at major trends: virtual reality, artificial intelligence and the partnerships that influence what tools and data are available to real estate agents. We also surveyed local agents to find out about the apps and tools they use in their business day to day.
